Retail Planner

**Role Description** We are seeking an experienced Retail Planner to join our team for our Exclusive Brand stores based on pan India. This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore. As a Retail Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, retail budgets and strategies.
- Analyses and monitors merchandise planning MIS analytics based on actual sales, sales forecasts, and inventory checks etc.
- Ensure stock deliveries to the stores as per approved capacity plans.
- Maintain & manage the store's stock replenishment schedules.
- Analyse sales and inventory holdings by the planogram per category.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in retail planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of fashion and accessory market trends.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
