**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with teams to get a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and audiences—then turn those insights into messaging that actually matters.
- Build campaigns that stand out by knowing exactly how to speak to the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
- Edit, refine, and polish copy to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Keep tabs on trends and stay ahead of the curve with fresh ideas and relevant strategies.
- Balance creativity with performance—words need to look good and work even better.

**Requirements**:

- Someone who can write like you mean it—no fluff, no over-complicating.
- Person who get how businesses work and how audiences think, and able to bridge the gap effortlessly.
- Adaptable. From industries to platforms, can switch tones and approaches while keeping the message sharp.
- Know how to write copy that gets results, whether it’s clicks, sign-ups, or brand love.
- Kind, opinionated, organized, reliable, and know how to meet deadlines.
- **Bonus points if you’ve worked with performance-driven campaigns.**
