ABOUT THE ROLE:
Words matter. The right headline can spark curiosity, the right caption can drive engagement, and the right story can move markets. At Xapads, our Copywriter is the voice behind these moments.

We’re looking for a writer who thrives on clarity, creativity, and adaptability. From short-form copy to long-form articles, campaign messaging to thought pieces, your words will shape how Xapads shows up in the industry. At times, you’ll even write in different voices (yes, ghost mode ) to help ideas travel further.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop copy for websites, social media posts, campaigns, ads, PR, awards, and

case studies.
- Create content that is clear, simple, and human, making adtech easy to understand.
- Adapt to different tones and formats - whether it’s crisp, playful, or professional.
- Support articles and narratives written “in another’s voice” (ghost mode).
- Collaborate with design, social, sales, and ops teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Keep copy aligned with brand guidelines while ensuring SEO best practices.
- Simplify complex content without losing impact.
- Experiment with SEO tools, AI/automation tools, and explore B2B or tech-focused

content.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- 2+ years of copywriting experience (agency, digital, or media background preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills across short and long formats.
- Portfolio that shows range - social posts, campaigns, storytelling, blogs.
- Ability to switch tones naturally and write for different contexts.
- Curiosity about digital advertising and a knack for making the technical relatable.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
