The Senior Purchase Executive is responsible for overseeing the procurement activities of the

organization, ensuring that goods and services are acquired at the best possible prices, and maintaining

strong relationships with suppliers. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and effective

management of the purchasing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.

2. **Procurement Planning**:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.

3. **Order Processing**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track orders and handle any discrepancies or delays.

4. **Cost Management**:

- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct cost analyses and seek out the best pricing.
- Implement cost control strategies.

5. **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

6. **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs.
- Coordinate with the finance team to manage budgets and payments.
- Mentor and guide junior purchasing staff.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month

**Education**:
