We are looking for systematic Market place Executive who will play a crucial role in managing and growing the marketplace platform for our organization. You will be responsible for developing strategies, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the marketplace. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience, optimizing the platform's performance, and expanding the customer base

R **oles & Responsibilities**:

- Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short
- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Manage all relationships with partners and vendors
- Keep in mind historical trends, available budget and also forecasting trends when making key decisions
- Analyze the consumer market and the possible growth potential
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Set achievable goals and strategy for growth expansion
- Create sales reports and feedback to the wider team on a weekly basis
- Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships
- Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more
- Partner with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful product launches and international expansion.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 2 to 3 years of Proven working experience in Marketplace Management
- Experience working in an E-commerce environment
- Experience working in the Fashion Industry
- Ability to develop and implement strategy
- Ability to analyze data
- Strong presentation skill

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
