**Manager of CTO**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Assist the CTO in preparing for meetings, presentations, MOM reports and other high-level engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of the technology organization's strategic initiatives.
- Manage, engage and mentor junior staff members in the Office of CTO
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the technology organization.

**Skills**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or a related field are preferred.
- Fresher - 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives in a technology organization.
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
