10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Sales Back Office team. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or MBA who are eager to start their careers in a professional environment and gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing and processing quotations, invoices, and sales orders
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain and update sales and client databases
  • Follow up with clients on order status, payments, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and data summaries
  • Handle incoming calls/emails related to sales queries
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems for all sales-related processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Fresh MBA / BBA / Commerce background preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work in a non-IT, office-based role
  • Comfortable with a 6-day work week (Mon-Sat) and full-day onsite commitment
