**Job Description**:
The scope of job required are as follows;
Responding to technical queries in the RFP (Request for Proposals) and coordinate with design/project/building services team for technical details.
Review of client interior fitout drawings - of new client's, of modifications proposed by existing client's or space handed over to client's in 'as is' condition, dish / antenna approvals, signage, kitchen etc.
Execution of interior fitouts for clients*
Design coordination, tendering, technical negotiation, budget approval and release of the workorder. Project execution and site management Documentation and billing
Design, BOQ and execution of common area and DLF fitouts (in-house)*
Evolving possible functional options for floor space division/ layout as per clients’ requirement considering all the services & safety requirements and getting the same implemented at site.
Handover and takeover as per DLF SOP
Maintaining of all the records related to the building with respect to its drawings i.e., plans/elevations/sections/electro-mechanical works and making the same available to the client at right time so that the interior design may be completed in co-ordination.
Monitoring the site progress to ensure timely delivery of the premise to the client, as committed.
Detailing of the DLF’s standards and conducting site visits to explain building features.
Skills to prepare conceptual drawings/details thereby ensuring to acquire early approval for clients from design department eg. Signage locations, route of required services, etc.
Knowledge of NBC/Building Byelaws/Fire safety norms.
OH&S Responsibility
To work and perform task using proper PPE.
To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same. Bring the same to the notice of management as required & follow engineering guidelines and Safety management system.
To Follow DLF HSE Policy
Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH&S related meetings
Actively Participation in operation heads Forum and other OH&S related meetings
To attend HSE meeting
