- Adhere to ethical journalism standards and organizational editorial policies.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a reporter, journalist, or correspondent preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, research, and fact-checking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with digital publishing tools, social media, and multimedia storytelling.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of integrity, curiosity, and commitment to truth and accuracy.

**Work Environment**:
News Reporters may work in newsrooms, on-location, or remotely, depending on the assignment. The role often requires travel, tight deadlines, and rapid response to breaking news situations.
