**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Report on political, social, and local civic issues directly from the ground
- Cover political rallies, press meets, public protests, and community events
- Conduct street interviews, vox pops, and live ground reporting
- Highlight real issues and voices of the local people
- Speak confidently on camera and deliver impactful content
- Collaborate with the editing and content team
- Contribute to digital platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels

**Eligibility / Skills Required**:

- Background in Journalism or Mass Communication preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Confident on camera and comfortable with public interaction
- Aware of political and social issues in Bihar
- Owning a smartphone with camera and mic is an advantage
- Willing to travel within the district
