Solution and Integration Architect

The Solution Architect / Integration Architect at ValGenesis will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing integration solutions between our solutions and our customers' solutions. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to ensure seamless and efficient integrations that meet business requirements and drive customer success.

**Responsibilities**
- Solution Design & Implementation_
- Analyze customer software systems and business requirements to design integration solutions.
- Develop detailed integration blueprints, ensuring alignment with ValGenesis' system capabilities and best practices.
- Provide effort estimates for the integration development support for (prospective) customers.
- Implement, test, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration_
- Collaborate with the SVP of Professional Services, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration objectives and deliverables.
- Engage with customers to understand their software landscape, gather requirements, and provide expert advice on integration possibilities.
- Technical Leadership_
- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during integration challenges, working closely with the support and development teams.
- Documentation & Compliance_
- Create comprehensive documentation detailing integration designs, configurations, and processes.
- Ensure all integration solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement_
- Monitor the performance of integration solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously refine and improve integration methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in designing and developing integration solutions, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient in integration technologies, tools, and platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SnapLogic
- Solid understanding of API management and API development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ValGenesis systems is a plus.
