We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology. They should design and implement comprehensive solutions, considering both technical feasibility and business goals. Also, these solutions should integrate seamlessly with existing systems and deliver value to the organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Architectural Design & Strategy: Develop and implement architectural solutions for multiple projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. - Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams, guiding them in best practices and overseeing their work on diverse technology stacks. - Project Management: Oversee the progress of multiple projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. - Technology Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge in.NET, React Native, Node.js, and IoT to solve complex problems and make informed decisions on technology stacks, architecture, and design patterns. - Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance existing projects and processes. - Problem Solving: Act as the go-to expert for resolving critical technical challenges across all projects, providing guidance and troubleshooting complex issues. - Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and clients, to understand requirements, set expectations, and ensure project alignment. - Documentation: Create detailed architecture documentation, including system designs, dataflows, and integration points, to guide development teams. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development and architecture with at least 3-5 years in a solution architect or similar role. - Proficiency in.NET, React Native, Node.js, and IoT technologies. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture. - Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proven experience managing teams of developers across multiple projects and technology stacks. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
