**Key Responsibilities1. Receiving & Inspection**
- Receive incoming medical supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Verify quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Report discrepancies or damages promptly.

**2. Sorting & Storage**
- Sort items by type, batch, or storage requirement.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following warehouse layout and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.

**3. Inventory Management**
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Update inventory systems accurately (manual or digital).
- Report shortages, overages, or slow-moving items.

**4. Order Processing**
- Pick and pack items as per order lists or dispatch instructions.
- Ensure accuracy in item selection, labeling, and packaging.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including documentation.

**5. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination**
- Assist in loading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with drivers or logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of all dispatched items.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare daily activity and inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for receiving, storing, and dispatching.
- Ensure compliance with medical storage and handling procedures.

**7. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Handle medical items in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations (medical warehouse preferred).
- Ability to lift and move items safely (up to [insert weight]).
- Basic computer skills (inventory software experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**
- Warehouse environment with regular lifting, walking, and standing.
- May require flexible working hours or shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
