**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who understands the plywood manufacturing industry and can efficiently manage HR operations, team coordination, and production processes. This is a dual-role position combining human resources leadership with operational oversight to ensure streamlined performance across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Human Resources & Hiring:

- End-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff
- Workforce planning as per production needs
- Onboarding, documentation, training, and compliance
- Implement and monitor HR policies and disciplinary measures

**Team & Staff Management**:

- Lead a team of workers, supervisors, and admin personnel
- Maintain healthy work culture and team productivity
- Attendance tracking, shift planning, and daily workforce monitoring.

**Production & Assembly Oversight**:

- Monitor daily plywood manufacturing processes
- Understanding of core operations: pressing, seasoning, bonding, lamination, cutting, etc.
- Supervise assembly and dispatch operations
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, and logistics.

**Operations & Process Management**:

- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
- Maintain quality checks and process efficiency
- Liaison with procurement, maintenance, and external vendors
- Ensure statutory and factory compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in plywood or related manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or management background is a plus
- Strong understanding of plywood production processes and manpower planning
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of HR software and factory operations.
