**Designation: Operation Manager - Investigation & Risk management**

- Plan, organize, and execute investigations within defined timelines.
- Assign and monitor tasks to field and desk investigators based on case complexity and expertise.
- Train, guide, and mentor team members to maintain high-quality investigations.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Ensure reports are customized and delivered in line with client expectations.
- Ensure all investigations adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation for audit trails and legal references.
- Develop and refine SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and implement measures to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify potential risks during investigations and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee sensitive cases, including due diligence, fraud detection, and covert operations.
- Review and validate investigation reports for accuracy and clarity before client submission.
- Present findings and insights in a professional and concise manner.

**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in investigations, operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with investigation tools and technologies.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in handling diverse investigation services (e.g., due diligence, background checks, asset tracing).

Certifications in fraud examination or private investigation.

Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
