Associate - Enterprise Investigations - IN
This role independently conducts routine investigations with mínimal supervision and serves as a supporting team member on more complex internal investigations. Working under general supervision, this job performs skilled investigative work across the enterprise to effectively develop reliable, relevant and lawfully obtained information and evidence required for timely, appropriate and effective resolution of allegations concerning suspected fraud, financial crimes, policy violation, data losses/breaches and employee integrity issues. This job requires specialized knowledge in the functional or business unit area.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as the assigned investigator for routine cases, managing assigned caseload from inception to resolution to achieve expected results within acceptable timeframes.
- Assists other investigators with their assignments, including contributing to the resolution or completion of more complex investigations.
- Consults with senior investigators, managers, legal counsel and/or other experts when more complex investigative plans are being developed, and for guidance on complex issues or when changes to previously communicated investigative plans and strategies are contemplated.
- Prepares comprehensive investigative reports and presents investigative results to internal decision makers such as human resource partners, business manager or senior managers.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
