Front Office Assistant

**Job Specification**:
1 Minimum 2 year experience in front office operations. Freshers can also apply
2 Familiarity with office automation & office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
3 Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
4 Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
5 Strong communication and people skills
6 Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
7 Customer service orientation
1 Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
2 Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
4 Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
5 Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
6 Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
7 Maintains security and telecommunications system.
8 Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
9 Transferring calls as necessary
10 Keep updated records and files
11 Receiving and dispatching deliveries
12 Preparing meeting and training rooms.
13 Performing ad-hoc administration duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
