Associate, Global Security

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Description**

The position shall be responsible for day-to-day physical security operations to include Life safety, Investigations, Incident handling, Access control, Guard force and Vendor management and Regulatory Audits. The position calls for a high degree of operations acumen with a positive attitude and inclination to identify appropriate security solutions in a highly demanding and dynamic environment often without supervision. As an Associate Leader, you must have problem solving approach and adequate foresight to conduct and deliver operational excellence in all facets of physical security domain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the face of Global Security to Employees, Businesses, and other stakeholders
- Support and facilitate Business events from security perspective onsite and offsite
- Oversight over day-to-day Security operations, investigations and incident management
- Drive Security Operations Guidelines, conduct trainings and emergency drills
- Be able to carry Facility Security Survey, Hotel Risk assessment, Vault Audits, safeguarding critical areas including COLO sites.
- Carry out security investigations as per the company guideline and policies/practices
- Manage Vendor Services including Regulatory Audits, KPI Matrix, Monthly Invoicing and controls governance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliances and be a SPOC to Auditors and govt regulators
- Maintain Liaison with LEA, Disaster Management Agencies and other Govt departments
- Generate timely reports and returns and update GS SharePoint as per the timelines
- Assist Technical Team in Access Control Hardware health checks to ensure optimum operational health of equipment at all the times
- Work closely with India Security Service Centre and India Access Card Teams
- Keep track of security threats to the company and carry out periodic Location Threat Assessment

**Required Skills sets and Experience**
- Good spoken and written communication skills (Both in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local language is an added advantage.
- Good technical skill sets on MS Office tools including One Note, Excel, VISIO, sharepoint etc
- Ability to motivate the team with simple and practical approach to security solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Should be bold to think unconventional and out of the box
- Report making and documentation skills
- Good understanding in financial management including budgeting, invoicing etc
