**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive (Female)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries.

Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

**Lead Generation**:
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team for closure.

**Database Management**:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

Document all interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

**Sales Support**:
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.

Assist customers in resolving any doubts or concerns regarding the offerings.

**Performance Tracking**:
Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Provide regular reports on call activities and conversion rates to the management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [list relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
