**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a customer database through effective follow-up and communication.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services to address customer inquiries and objections.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telecalling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales deals over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence and resilience in handling rejection.

**Salary Structure**:
The compensation for this position is commission-based. The more successful sales you make, the higher your earnings.
