- Maintain a database of potential customers and update client information regularly in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.

- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the publishing industry is a plus.
