**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and provide information about promotions or offers.

2. **Lead Generation**: Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives through proactive calling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.

4. **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update contact information, and track sales leads in the CRM system.

5. **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

6. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align telecalling activities with overall business objectives and strategies.

7. **Feedback Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer insights, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in telecalling processes.

8. **Adherence to Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while conducting telecalling activities.

**Requirements**:
1. **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and effective verbal communication skills.

2. **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and address their needs professionally.

3. **Persuasive Skills**: Ability to persuade and influence customers, overcome objections, and convince them to take desired actions.

4. **Resilience**: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations.

5. **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the team's success.

7. **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles will be an advantage.
