**Transportation Available**
- Co Ordination with Transporter for Daily Vehicle Schedules.
- Daily dispatch planning & Mailing the same.
- Communication with Customers for Order Updates and Dispatch Dates.
- Maintaining Sales Order/Open Order Report & Dispatch Statement to measure on time & right quantity delivery
- Day to Day Co Ordination with CHA & FF for Export & Import activities.
- Checking import / Export Check list, Shipping Bill & approving the same.
- Mailing of Post Shipment Doc to Export Customers & updating about shipment & vessel schedule
- Co Ordination with CHA / FF for Original BL & BL Submission & Telex Release message.
- Preparing Export/SalesInvoice, Packing List, E Way Bills Etc.( Pre Shipment & Local Documents )
- Liaise with Marketing & Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordination with PPC Team to adhere the dispatch dates

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
