Am/dm Procurement

**Position Title**:Procurement Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Management & Development & its audit
- Import & export procurement knowledge
- Develop key procurement strategies to achieve efficiency
- Working closely with all dept. and determining needs, planning and providing procurement sources at suitable time period
- Inventory control & planning procurement requirement
- Development of new suppliers domestic and International
- Commercial, Exim Logistics
- Handling market complaints & rigorous follow ups
- On time delivery of material & assuring payment to vendors without complaints & delay
- Checking import & export documents & processing without errors
- Managing technical & commercial requirements
- Dispatch, Sales after service, raw material sourcing, material delivery
- Getting cost approval from stakeholders
- Customer co-ordination, CAPA etc.
- Packaging material Code creation & submission for new product
- Order execution coordinate with production planning for timely dispatch and maintain cycle of make to stock & make to order
- Inspect physical dispatch materials and arrange 3rd party verification support
- Knowledge of Cost Engineering, Price finalization, APQP, 8D report, 7QC tools, SPC, MSA and Kaizen etc
- Negotiation with vendors in terms of price for price finalization

**Experience & Qualification**:
Minimum or equivalent qualification of PG/Master’s in Materials Management from renowned institute & should have around 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Procurement field
