Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hubli

**Salary**: Starting from 9,000 INR

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce products/services to clients, explain features, and answer their queries.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines for consistency and professionalism.
- Identify and qualify leads, record details of conversations, and update customer databases.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents when required.
- Maintain call logs, generate call reports, and provide feedback on customer preferences.
- Meet daily or weekly call quotas as set by the team lead or manager.
- Handle customer objections and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, convince, and handle objections effectively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially local languages, is often beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
