Tata Metalinks hiring AM - Industrial relations (IR) for New Plant in Kharagpur.

Department/Project: IR (Industrial relations)

Reporting to: Chief - IR & ER

**Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility**:
IR - SPOC for DIP New Plant

1. Recruitment of Workers as and when required

2. Employee’s life cycle including their annual appraisal, increment, promotion.

3. Effective Grievance Redressal for workers

4. Engagement activities

5. R&R for workmen

6. Responsible for all Welfare amenities like rest Room, Toilets, Drinking water canteen etc.

7.Organise monthly VP Communication Meeting with all employees, Union Management Meeting, Canteen Committee meetings

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- into Plant worker's recruitment: 2 years (required)
- joining formalities: 2 years (required)
- Industrial relations: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Experience in Employee’s life cycle (required)
- Effective Grievance Redressal for workers (required)
- Comfortable with lcoation Kharagpur (required)
- Comfortable with Ctc 5 - 12 lacs (required)
- Qualification: MBA / MSW / DSW/ PGDM-HR/IR (required)
- Desired Qualification: Diploma in Labor Laws (preferred)
