Sales Coordinator(Plastic Packaging Industry)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.- Handle inquiries from existing and potential customers and provide timely responses.- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.- Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries.- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure order fulfillment.- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance tracking.- Support the sales team in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**3-8 years of experience** as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in the **Plastic / Packaging / Manufacturing industry**).- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
