We are currently seeking a BA with BI background to join our team in Gurgoan, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Drive the business in the path of digital transformation. Strong communication and analytic skills. Interface and Liaison between business users, stakeholders and IT Team. Interprets and elaborate/enhance with business and leaders. Interpret and have strong hold on analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Embodies the interface between business stakeholders and Data Analysts & Scientists via a holistic perspective.
- Interprets and enhances information with business or domain know-how.
- Applies strong analytical skills to interpret business information across functions.
- Drives analysis of anomalies - together with Data Analysts, SMEs and Data Scientists
- Runs ad-hoc requests triggered by business situations and interprets results, using financial and non-financial information.
- Makes proposals for frameworks / metrics (incl. new business models)
- Identifies and formulates business relevant use cases in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Shapes and designs business relevant processes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT/CSE) and MBA preferable.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT consulting or a similar role, with a focus on corporate finance.
- Good knowledge of corporate finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of financial software and systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), FP&A tools, and BI platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with finance teams and IT professionals.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.

- Bl-Tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, SAC, PowerBI)
- Data visualization and Analytics
- Low Coding (e.g. Mendix, KNIME, Alteryx)
- MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Team management & communication
- Business Acumen (Finance and Manufacturing)
- Statistics and Modelling Knowledge (preferred)
