We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking market trends to drive business growth. This role will involve selling of SaaS products to B2B Customers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Create and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
