**Job Summary**:
As a Laptop & Printer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of laptops & Printers portable computing devices. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers and colleagues to provide timely and effective solutions, making this role integral to the smooth operation of businesses and individuals who rely on Laptops & Printer for their work and personal needs.
- **On-Site Servicing**: In addition to servicing Laptop & Printer in a workshop or service centre, the Service Engineer may be required to travel to customer sites. This includes Stores, offices, or other locations where Laptops & Printers need servicing. While on-site, the engineer should maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Troubleshooting**: Perform in-depth analysis to identify hardware and software problems in Laptops & Printers. Utilise diagnostic tools, manuals, and your technical knowledge to pinpoint issues accurately.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Execute repairs, replacements, and upgrades for components, including but not limited to, processors, memory, hard drives, and batteries. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**: Implement data backup solutions and assist customers in recovering lost or corrupted data, ensuring data privacy and security.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in computer science, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Laptop or Printer service technician or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Laptop & Printer hardware and software issues.

**Freshers** are also welcome with knowledge in Laptop or Printer hardware replacement. **Free training** will be provided for interested freshers.
