Office Assistant

**Job Summary**:
An Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of a Classes office. This role involves various tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and handling paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class management duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Track and update payments
- Track admissions and report
- Track absentees and the progress of the student
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize and file documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Assist Hall / Hotel bookings
- **Data Entry**:

- Input data into computer systems
- Update and maintain databases
- **General Office Duties**:

- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Perform other general office tasks as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Graduation is must

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of office management software
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
