Position: Service Technician Location: Thane Role & Responsibilities**:Install, test, and ensure proper functionality of new products.** Develop process improvements to optimize equipment and material use, maximizing production. **Identify unsafe operations and report them to the Manager.** Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. **Provide engineering support for production and maintenance to ensure maximum production efficiency.** Perform maintenance tasks and offer customer support. **Diagnose product issues and implement solutions for repairs.** Write service reports after diagnostics. **Respond to service requests and repair products as needed.** Travel for on-site service as required. **Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.** Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions. **Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager Skills & Qualifications**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner (mandatory) **1 year of experience or apprenticeship experience in a relevant field.** south Indian language proficiency or at least good English communication skills for effective communication with South India-based clients. **Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed** Proficiency in MS Office **Strong skills in equipment installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills **Good written and verbal communication skills** Ability to make decisions under pressure **Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
