A UI/UX designer is responsible for crafting the entire user experience of a digital product, focusing on both its visual appeal (UI) and its usability and accessibility (UX). This includes researching user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the visual elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conducting research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.

Information Architecture: Organizing information and creating intuitive navigation.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs to visualize the product.

Visual Design: Designing the visual elements of the interface, including layout, colors, typography, and imagery.

User Testing: Conducting usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Accessibility: Ensuring designs are accessible to users with disabilities.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining usability documentation.

Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing usability issues.

**Skills**:Strong Design Skills: Proficient in visual design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

User-Centered Design (UCD) Principles: Understanding of user needs and how to design for them.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research and analyze data.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design concepts and decisions effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve usability issues.

Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: While not a strict requirement, familiarity with these languages can be helpful for communicating with developers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
