**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive **wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI elements with the server-side logic, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to improve the design and development process.
- Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues reported by users or internal stakeholders, providing timely resolutions and ensuring smooth functionality.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a **UI/UX Developer** in the BPM sector or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies**, with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, best practices, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as **Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma**, or similar.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development to create seamless user experiences across devices.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js,** enabling efficient development and code reusability.
- Knowledge of **version control systems such as Git**, ensuring effective collaboration and code management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex UI/UX challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork and coordination.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX projects, highlighting your skills and creativity, is highly desirable.

**RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS IN UI/UX DESIGN**
- Certified Professional in User Experience (CPUX)
- Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Experience Design
- Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing, driving user-centric design decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, facilitating efficient project execution and collaboration.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks, enabling effective collaboration with backend developers.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusivity in our UI/UX solutions.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
