The Sales Co-ordinator will provide support to the sales team and help manage customer accounts. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of the sales department by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, managing communication between clients and internal teams, and helping to track sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.
- Track sales targets and report results to the sales team.
- Manage order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate reports on sales trends, forecasts, and customer feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Technical IT Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
