- **Stay up-to-date**: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies.
- **Contribute to documentation**: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications.
- **Provide mentorship**: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
