We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Full Stack Developer** with a strong interest in **React.js** and **Node.js** development. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
- Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

**Required Skills**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **JavaScript**, **React.js**, and **Node.js**:

- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows
- Willingness to learn and improve through structured training
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with Express.js, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with deployment tools (Heroku, Vercel, Netlify)
- Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth)
- Exposure to TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js is a plus
