We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
**About the Position**
**Responsibilities**
**Training and Development**:
Training Program Management:
- Design and implement training programs that align with industry demands and organizational goals.
- Oversee the development of soft skills, technical skills, and interview readiness.
Coordination with Trainers:
- Work with internal and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training content.
- Regularly update training modules based on evolving industry requirements.
Performance Tracking:
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance and readiness.
- Placement Coordination:
Industry Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with employers across various industries.
Placement Process Management:
- Organize pre-placement activities such as resume preparation, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitments, and job fairs.
**Data Management and Reporting**:
Placement Records:
- Track placement success rates and analyze trends to improve outcomes.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on training effectiveness and placement performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the training and placement process.
**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in training, placements, or career services roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM/ATS systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
