We are seeking a skilled Broadband Technician to install, maintain, and repair internet and network services for residential and commercial customers. The role requires technical expertise in broadband systems, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure broadband connections, routers, modems, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal service performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and upgrade systems as needed.
- Test signal strength, bandwidth, and connectivity to ensure quality standards.
- Provide on-site or remote support for customers and resolve service complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records, equipment logs, and work reports.
- Adhere to safety standards and comply with technical guidelines during installation and repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience in broadband installation, networking, or telecommunications preferred.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, modems, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to client locations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
