1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers in the Bangalore region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (architects, builders, contractors, etc.) to promote products or services related to specific projects.
- Present company products and solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
2. Project Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and installation of products or services.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
3. Market Research and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base in Bangalore.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information using CRM software.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous.
