QA Representative

**Description**:
Summary: The Quality Assurance Processor will be reviewing personal lines inspections for consistency, content and quality. The QA Processor will support continuous improvement by participating in QA process team efforts, as well as calibration training and development with field inspection teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review inspection photographs to ensure they meet quality requirements and capture all necessary elements and pre-determined characteristics of the property
- Review the sketch/dwelling diagram to confirm it matches the footprint of the property inspected
- When necessary, will utilize various public data sources to verify property information
- When necessary, will correspond in writing with field inspectors regarding concerns, errors, or deficiencies on specific individual report
- Portrays a positive image of Insurance Risk Services with clients, inspectors, and internal staff by demonstrating high business standards, ethics, and integrity
- Ensure optimum performance of the organization by recommending ways to improve productivity, increase effectiveness, and reduce costs
- Act within the scope of authority to ensure Insurance Risk Services’ objectives, guidelines, policies, and practices are maintained
- Actively participate in training sessions and utilize knowledge gained to progressively increase quality and productivity

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills are necessary
- Ability to meet established deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Creative and Visual or interior designer preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
