We are seeking a UX Writer with over 4 years of experience. The UX Writer is responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-centred content to enhance the overall user experience of our digital products and services.

Your expertise in crafting effective micro copy, interface text, and in-app messaging will play a pivotal role in ensuring our users have a seamless and engaging interaction with our websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft user-friendly copy, labels, button text, and error messages to guide users through digital interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Develop in-app messages, onboarding guides, and tooltips to provide users with timely information, guidance, and assistance during their journey within our digital products.
- Optimize website copy, ensuring the language is simple and understandable for a global audience.
- Develop user-focused content to effectively convey the requirements and unique selling points (USPs) of our various programs to agents, internal staff, students, and parents.
- Collaborate closely with Product designers, Product managers, and developers to understand user needs, pain points, and goals. Use this understanding to create content that addresses these requirements effectively.
- Consider internationalization and localization needs, creating content that can be easily adapted for different regions and languages.
- Establish and maintain content guidelines and style guides that align with our brand voice and user experience principles. Ensure consistency in language and tone across all touchpoints.
- Set up new brands and brand options in our content management system to support new product and partner launches. Work with guidance from the content/partnership team to ensure that the copy is optimized to help users find what they are looking for and complete their tasks.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and when copy is missing or inaccurate on our websites. Raise tickets accordingly.
- Regularly monitor the performance of our websites and contribute to monthly reports on page usage, event tracking, and results from any experiments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a UX Writer, Copywriter, or Content Editor, particularly in the realms of higher education or EdTech.
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, specifically within the context of higher education.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital analytic tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and a background in data-driven decision-making would be advantageous.
