**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate - Insurance Process (Domestic)

**Work Mode**: Work from Office
**Nature of Account**: Domestic

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential leads over calls to understand their needs.
- Recommend and advise on suitable insurance products (Outbound LOB).
- Ensure excellent customer experience while meeting sales/conversion targets.

**Eligibility**
- **Qualification**: Graduate in any field.
- _Preferred:_ Prior experience in insurance or sales.
- **Skillset**:

- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
- No MTI/RTI influence, with proper grammar and clear pronunciation.
- Additional languages preferred: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Gujarati.

**Compensation**
- Fresher: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

**Shift & Work Schedule**
- Rotational Shifts.
- Female employees: Day shifts (up to 8 PM).
- Male employees: Rotational shifts.
- 6 days working.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
