**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, educational institutions, and individuals interested in digital marketing training.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our training programs and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
- **Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Understand client needs and requirements to customize training solutions and deliver value-added services.
- Provide timely and responsive communication to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations, corporate entities, and educational institutions to promote our programs and expand our reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team regarding market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
