**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and organizing company events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and order new materials as needed.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist HR and other departments with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Handle inquiries, direct people to the appropriate department, and offer basic information about the company.
- Manage appointments and support with travel arrangements as needed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, computers, phone systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
