Job Description: Receptionist and Client Relations Specialist
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Receptionist and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. Your main tasks will be handling calls, assisting clients, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You'll also support our doctors and maintain records.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming calls courteously and direct them to the right person.
- Help clients with their concerns and provide solutions politely.
- Convert potential clients into loyal customers using your persuasive skills.
- Create a warm and inviting environment for clients and visitors.
- Assist doctors with their daily activities and maintain records.
- Keep an organized logbook of client interactions.
- Use MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with social media influencers for promotions.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media collaboration is a bonus.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
