We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching brands, crafting smart outreach strategies, and driving lead generation through non-intrusive, value-driven communication



Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Discovery:

- Research and identify D2C brands, startups, and high-potential businesses in relevant industries (Beauty, Fashion, F&B, Wellness, etc.)
- Monitor trends, funding news, product launches, and social media campaigns to spot outreach opportunities

2. Brand Outreach:

- Create and execute smart, tailored outreach campaigns
- Initiate warm conversations with brand managers, marketing leads, and founders
- Build and manage lead lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets
- Track outreach status, open rates, and follow-up reminders via CRM or internal trackers

4. Internal Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Partnerships & Campaign teams for seamless brand onboarding
- Share feedback from outreach to improve brand targeting strategies



**Requirements**:

- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Prior experience/internship in business development or influencer marketing is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
