**Role Overview**: We are seeking highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions for our company's website and online presence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize on-page elements such as Meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve website visibility in search engine results.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and crawl ability.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve search engine rankings and website performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Plan and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building, to improve website authority and visibility.
- Implement and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including keyword bids, ad copy, and landing pages, to achieve maximum ROI.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about the emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and suggests innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

**Requirements**:

- Digital Marketing Course or Internship must be required.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms like Moz or SEMrush.
- Website optimization, keyword research, and content development must be required.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and how they influence search engine rankings.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms, such as Word Press, and basic HTML coding.
- Managing paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising. Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

**Off-Page Optimization**:
Guest Postings, Info graphics Submissions, GIFs, Image, Video Submissions, Doc Sharing, PDF, PPT, Slide share Submissions, Article Submissions & Web2.0, Social Bookmarking, Blog Postings & Comments Postings, Local Classified Submissions/Business Listings, Forum Postings.

**Paid Campaign Setup & Optimization**:

- Perform keywords analysis according to client business objectives.
- Keyword matching like board match, phrase match, exact match, negative keywords
- Targeting according to country, region and location.
- Creation of campaigns, ad group, ad text and adding keywords.
- Giving Max. CPC according to keywords bids.
- Conversion tracking for calculating leads and ROI (Return on Investment)
- Managing account and making ads display in top position
- Creating Monthly budget report and sending it to the client.
