1. Income Tax (TDS) return preparation and filing - Salaries and other than

salaries.

2. Corporate taxation - Co
- ordination with Auditors for assessments, appeals

etc.

3. All statutory compliance with Registrar of companies, RBI, Industries Dept.

Income Tax Dept. and all other Central/ State Govt. Dept.(whenever required)

for unlisted public limited company and private company.

4. Co-ordination with trade mark advocates, Auditors and Company Secretary.

5. CSR initiatives of the company

6. Willing to take any additional responsibilities given by the management

Qualification:
(1). B.Com. (from a regular college ) with proficiency in Tally software, minimum 2

years working experience with practicing company Secretary or a Chartered

Accountant firm.

(2). Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
