**Job Title**: Purchase/Procurement Executive

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- **Identifying and sourcing new products**: This involves researching and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and production capabilities.
- **Managing supplier relationships**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- **Conducting market research**:Staying informed about industry trends, emerging products, and competitor activities to make informed sourcing decisions.
- **Cost management**:Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising product quality.
- **Quality assurance**: Collaborating with the quality control team to ensure sourced products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Inventory management**:Working with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- **Supplier audits**: Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and ethical sourcing practices.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**:Partnering with other departments to ensure sourced products meet the needs of end consumers.
- **Reporting**:Preparing and presenting reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and market trends.

**Experience Required**:Fresher

**Education Qualification**:B.Tech graduate/Postgraduate with Sales and Marketing (Excellent communications is Mandatory).

**Location: Noida**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
